Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute the technical administration and operational excellence of the Total Rewards strategy for local operations.
• Implement global C&B guidelines by preparing local communication materials and explaining technical objectives to stakeholders.
• Provide specialized technical guidance to HR Generalists regarding salary structures, benefit eligibility, and reward policies.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of country-specific C&B projects, including merit cycles, promotions, and bonus payments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of local benefit programs, including private medical assistance, life insurance, and pension funds.
• Coordinate with benefit brokers and vendors to ensure service levels (SLAs) are met and participate in technical evaluations.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of benefit invoices with payroll records to ensure accuracy and prevent overcharges.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring the HRIS is synchronized with vendor databases.
• Coordinate participation in market salary surveys and analyze results to recommend structural improvements.
• Monitor and report on local C&B Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Proven experience with market salary surveys (Mercer experience is preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency.
