Senior Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Global Compensation strategy to attract and retain a diverse workforce
• Lead compensation projects including Job Architecture design, Pay Transparency, and Pay for Performance initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Ericsson teams to ensure projects are executed accurately and timely
• Manage and propose compensation initiatives, considering costs, communications, and people impact
• Lead external vendor management and negotiate with compensation providers to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Provide leadership and guidance to the wider HR team
• Support proactive communication programs covering all compensation aspects

Requirements

• 8+ years of corporate compensation management experience
• Demonstrable experience as a compensation expert within a global company
• Proven project management and project delivery experience
• Expertise in evaluating roles and ensuring consistent job leveling across an organization
• Experience analyzing internal equity, pay compression, and market positioning trends
• Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations, and compliance requirements
