About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement fair, equitable, and competitive global total compensation and benefits packages aligned with company strategy.
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with organizational objectives and work culture.
  • Utilize data-driven methods to make decisions regarding direct and indirect financial compensation plans.
  • Support the Training & Resourcing team with recruitment and talent management activities.
  • Partner with Finance on budgets, year-end bonus incentive processes, and financial analysis of benefit plans.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends and assess competitors' plans to recommend enhancements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to department heads, local management, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules (configuration, data management, and annual cycle support).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Practical experience with Mercer and BDO compensation surveys, including data preparation and submission.
  • Strong capability in job matching and benchmarking using various market data vendors.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to manage large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth tech or pharma environment.
  • Experience managing compensation and reward programs in a large-scale, global corporate setting.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
