Senior Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Compensation Partner for a specific line of business, advising HR leaders on offers, promotions, and retention strategies.
• Own and lead major compensation programs, including annual pay equity analysis, year-end cycles, and stock processes.
• Design and communicate market-competitive, scalable global compensation programs aligned with business strategy.
• Conduct job evaluations and leveling to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Use AI and automation tools to improve analytics, build dashboards, and streamline reporting.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to provide market context and compensation storytelling for complex offers.
• Manage compliance with global pay regulations and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 4-6 years of progressive compensation or HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• Advanced analytical skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience managing highly complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• International compensation experience.
• Exposure to or interest in Benefits-related projects.
