About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead community engagement strategies to build authentic relationships between the brand and its social audience
  • Oversee day-to-day community engagement and maintain brand voice standards across social platforms
  • Lead social listening efforts to track sentiment and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Manage community response during high-pressure or crisis situations using expert judgment on tone and timing
  • Identify opportunities for the brand to join cultural conversations and build brand affinity
  • Present community insights and performance to clients in a clear and compelling manner
  • Collaborate with content creators and social strategists to integrate community insights into the broader social plan

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading community management for major brands
  • Expertise in brand voice and flexing tone across different platforms and contexts
  • Ability to navigate social media risks and cultural opportunities in real time
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr or Brandwatch
  • Experience managing social media crisis and issues response
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the luxury or automotive space is highly beneficial
