Senior Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead community engagement strategies for a luxury automotive brand
• Define engagement frameworks for brand presence in conversations
• Oversee day-to-day community engagement and quality across social platforms
• Set and maintain brand voice standards for social interactions
• Lead social listening efforts to track sentiment and identify emerging themes
• Translate community insights into actionable recommendations for content and strategy
• Manage community response during high-pressure or crisis situations
• Identify opportunities for the brand to join cultural conversations
• Present community insights and performance to clients
• Collaborate with content creators and social strategists to integrate engagement with social plans

Requirements

• Proven track record leading community management for major brands
• Expertise in brand voice and flexing tone across platforms
• Ability to navigate social media risks and cultural trends in real time
• Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch)
• Experience managing social media crisis and issues response
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of the luxury or automotive space is highly beneficial
