Senior Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global community strategy for multiple game titles, ensuring alignment with development and marketing goals.
• Build and nurture player-first communities across platforms including Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch.
• Design and lead community programs such as developer updates, AMAs, livestreams, and feedback loops.
• Serve as an authentic spokesperson for the studio and game franchises both online and at industry events.
• Cultivate relationships with content creators, influencers, and streamers to drive advocacy.
• Partner with game development teams to deliver actionable player feedback and help shape game features.
• Manage a network of external community, social, and influencer agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
• Build scalable systems for monitoring community sentiment and reporting player insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and managing communities for video games, live-service titles, or major entertainment franchises.
• Proven expertise in the video game or entertainment industry.
• Experience managing or collaborating with external community and social media agencies.
• Strong public-facing communication skills, including experience with livestreaming or interviews.
• Deep understanding of gaming culture, player behavior, and platform dynamics (Discord, Reddit, Twitch, etc.).
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AAA games or large-scale multiplayer titles.
• Background in building creator, streamer, or influencer programs.
• Familiarity with community management tools and sentiment analysis platforms.
• Experience writing patch notes, dev blogs, or community-facing narrative content.
