Senior Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead community strategy across Discord, Reddit, and social media channels
• Mentor and guide fellow Community Managers as the lead CM
• Develop and execute community programs, events, and initiatives to drive engagement
• Manage and moderate Discord and Reddit communities
• Build relationships with players, content creators, and influencers
• Appear on-camera for live streams, developer Q&As, and community events
• Create written content including patch notes, community updates, and FAQs
• Synthesize Western community feedback for the development team in Seoul
• Coordinate community initiatives and localize messaging with Korean counterparts

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional Community Management experience in live-service games
• Proven experience growing Discord and Reddit communities at scale
• Ability to synthesize community feedback for development and product teams
• Comfortable with on-camera live streaming and video appearances
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with international or cross-cultural teams
• Genuine passion for FPS games

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Korean or Eastern game developers or publishers
• Background in MMOs or open-world games
• Familiarity with community analytics and sentiment tracking tools
