Senior Community Manager

Responsibilities

YouTube & Video

• Own the Botpress YouTube channel strategy, cadence, and content
• Concept, script, and capture UGC-style video content
• Brief and direct freelancers or agencies for polished final production
• Use YouTube as a discovery engine via hooks, thumbnails, and search intent

Reddit & Brand Density

• Build presence in relevant subreddits for developers and AI builders
• Drive organic growth through authentic participation
• Partner with SEO/content teams to support SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies

LinkedIn & Discord

• Manage LinkedIn presence through employee advocacy programs
• Steward the 30,000-member Discord community
• Maintain proactive and reactive engagement

AI-Native Operations

• Use AI tools for research, scripting, editing, and analysis
• Apply analytical rigor to track performance and impact

Requirements

• 5+ years in community management, social media, or content creation
• Proven track record of building engaged audiences from scratch
• Ability to concept, script, and capture UGC-style video
• Demonstrable fluency in Reddit culture and mechanics
• Concrete experience using AI to amplify professional impact
• Strong brand voice and judgment under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developer tools, AI, SaaS, or platform companies
• Familiarity with SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
• Experience managing LinkedIn advocacy or Discord communities
• Personal audience or public portfolio (YouTube channel, following, etc.)
• Deep fluency in the AI/LLM ecosystem
