Senior Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Botpress YouTube channel strategy, including concepting, scripting, and capturing authentic UGC-style video content.
• Build brand presence on Reddit by participating authentically in subreddits frequented by developers and AI builders.
• Partner with SEO/content teams to drive organic growth and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Manage LinkedIn presence through employee advocacy programs, turning leadership expertise into engaging content.
• Steward the existing 30,000-member Discord community, ensuring healthy engagement and proactive management.
• Utilize AI tools as a force multiplier for research, scripting, editing, and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or content creation with a track record of building audiences.
• Proven ability to create video content (concept, script, and capture) and direct freelancers or agencies for final production.
• Demonstrable fluency in Reddit culture and mechanics, including experience building authentic brand presence.
• Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to act as both a strategist and an individual contributor.
• Concrete experience using AI tools to amplify professional impact and workflows.
• Versatility to manage multiple channels including YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Discord.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a developer-tools, AI, SaaS, or platform company.
• Familiarity with SEO and the emerging landscape of AI visibility (GEO).
• Experience managing LinkedIn employee advocacy or large Discord communities.
• A personal following or public portfolio of high-performing content (YouTube channel, blog, etc.).
• Deep technical curiosity and fluency in the AI/LLM ecosystem.
