Senior Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement communications activities for PFP initiatives and Earth for Life special projects
• Prepare short- and long-term communications work plans in collaboration with leadership and country offices
• Assist in the development of donor materials and manage a comprehensive reporting calendar
• Develop targeted communications and advocacy plans for protected and conserved area boundaries
• Support consistent program messaging and storytelling across various WWF channels and partner teams
• Maintain a cohesive web presence for the Earth for Life team's work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, international studies, or a relevant subject
• Minimum of six years of professional communications experience (or advanced degree with three years)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency
• Knowledge of area-based conservation, Indigenous peoples, and sustainable finance
