Senior Communications Manager, Cloud & AI

Responsibilities

• Drive communications strategy and execution for Datacenter Public Relations (PR) programs, including proactive storytelling and media engagement.
• Develop and lead communications plans covering AI infrastructure, energy, water, sustainability, and business strategy.
• Lead issues-preparedness and rapid-response efforts for high-profile infrastructure topics involving regulatory interest and external scrutiny.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, legal affairs, and regional teams to align messaging.
• Shape a steady cadence of thought leadership and identify creative opportunities to engage media and influencers.
• Direct agency partners on media monitoring, research, and measurement to ensure global messaging consistency.
• Support communications for events, announcements, tours, and executive engagements tied to datacenter infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of communications or related professional experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud or AI infrastructure, energy systems, sustainability, or related technical topics.
• Proven ability to support communications on complex or high-visibility issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of communications or related professional experience.
• Experience navigating evolving media and influencer landscapes.
