Senior Communications & Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end content calendar, including blog posts, thought leadership, case studies, and campaign content.
• Partner with external PR agencies to sharpen media pitches and secure coverage in tech, trade, and business press.
• Support executive communications by developing LinkedIn posts, op-eds, and bylines that capture leadership voices.
• Translate complex product and market positioning into compelling stories for enterprise buyers and voice talent.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across the marketing team and manage the Brand Hub.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and content repurposing workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content, communications, or a related marketing role.
• Hands-on experience supporting PR or earned media activity (in-house or agency-side).
• Exceptional writing skills across long-form editorial, press materials, and short-form social content.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI writing and productivity tools.
• Experience in tech or agency environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
