Senior Communications Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client group leaders to advance business objectives through compelling communications.
• Develop and implement multi-channel communication plans, including messaging, strategies, and measurement approaches.
• Create executive-level materials such as presentations, video scripts, and content for large employee events like Town Halls.
• Craft and manage diverse content including articles, videos, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Support media relations efforts, industry thought leadership, and crisis response activities.
• Drive change management and continuous improvement through targeted communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency, cohesion, and risk mitigation across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of six years of experience producing communications for various channels and audiences.
• Experience working within a large or mid-sized company or a public relations firm.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting communications for finance, commercial, or digital organizations.
• Background in the energy or manufacturing industry.
