Senior Communication Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop communication strategies to support talent acquisition and employer branding
• Manage Growe Talents LinkedIn presence, including content planning and community engagement
• Support employer branding through content research and creative campaign ideation
• Manage external podcast initiatives, including concept development and production coordination
• Review and quality-control all content assets to ensure brand alignment
• Lead communication planning for conferences, webinars, and industry events
• Draft executive messages, leadership updates, and business announcements
• Support internal communication initiatives related to company culture and employee engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, or internal communications
• Proven experience managing internal and external communication initiatives
• Experience creating executive-level communication materials
• Experience organizing events, webinars, podcasts, or content programs
• Experience in technology and iGaming environments
• Strong storytelling and content development abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
