Senior Communication Analyst

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the external communication calendar for the group's 16 brands
• Create, segment, and deploy communication campaigns via email and WhatsApp using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop proactive communications to anticipate doubts and reduce demand in service channels
• Partner with different areas for content construction, validation, and alignment
• Ensure communication consistency and adherence to brand tone of voice
• Monitor communication indicators such as open rates, clicks, and conversion
• Organize priorities and ensure campaign execution within deadlines
• Act as a consultant for stakeholders in communication construction

Requirements

• Higher education in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
• Experience in external communication, relationship marketing, or CRM
• Experience with communication calendar planning and management
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for journeys, segmentation, and deployments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, organized, and data-oriented profile
• Ability to manage multiple demands and stakeholders simultaneously
• Autonomy to lead projects and build solutions in partnership with business areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Experience (CX) strategies
• Knowledge of communication aimed at reducing contact in service channels
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing template adjustments
• Experience in environments with multiple brands or large-scale operations
• Experience with communication journeys and campaign automation
• Knowledge of CRM metrics and continuous customer experience improvement
