Senior Commodity Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategy across Brazil for Sugar and Energy clients, focusing on OTC commodity derivatives.
• Manage and grow an existing client base while developing a new business pipeline.
• Collaborate with brokers and internal stakeholders, including Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Risk, to ensure seamless execution.
• Support senior team members with client coverage, onboarding, and business development workflows.
• Build and manage a direct client base to contribute to the growth of the Brazil OTC Sugar/Energy business.
• Ensure all business activities and client communications comply with company policies and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Proven track record in relationship management and sales within the commodities sector.
• Sound understanding of global Sugar and Energy markets and OTC Sugar products.
• Ability to structure products to help clients manage commodity price risks and exposures.
• Licensed to conduct OTC activities within Brazil.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging fintech platforms to drive revenue and client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a proactive and collaborative team player.
