Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a defined procurement portfolio
• Drive cost reduction, supplier performance, and supply continuity
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Ensure strong commercial outcomes and reliable supply to support parts sales and service delivery
• Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve quality and performance

Requirements

• Commercially driven procurement professional
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience managing supplier relationships
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, bus, coach, or commercial vehicle sectors
• Knowledge of global sourcing and low-cost region suppliers
• Experience using ERP or P2P systems
• Professional qualification such as CIPS or a relevant business degree
