Senior Commercial Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Discover treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants, including investment funds, LPs, and financing vehicles.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to solve complex treasury needs through technology, analytics, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams.
• Identify high-impact opportunities within FX, Derivatives, Interest income, and regional growth.
• Translate financial requirements into detailed product specifications, epics, and user stories.
• Conduct competitor analysis regarding product offering, functionality, and pricing to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, specifically building roadmaps and navigating from uncertainty to clarity.
• Deep domain expertise in treasury products, including FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
• Strong understanding of treasury management systems (TMS) and financial markets technology stacks.
• Experience with cash management solutions such as money market funds, deposit optimization, and cash pooling.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical product specifications.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to frame problems, articulate hypotheses, and measure outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building both in-house services and integrating with third-party financial systems.
• Experience developing product strategies involving complex financial regulations.
• Background working in fintech scale-ups, asset management, or banking environments.
