Senior Commercial Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Discover treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants, including investment funds, LPs, and financing vehicles.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to solve complex treasury needs through technology, analytics, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams.
• Identify high-impact opportunities within FX, Derivatives, Interest income, and regional growth sectors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Conduct competitor analysis regarding product offering, functionality, and pricing to inform roadmap development.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in product building or as a hands-on operations leader.
• Deep domain expertise in treasury products, including FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
• Proven experience building product roadmaps and navigating from uncertainty to clarity.
• Experience with financial markets technology stacks and Fintech Treasury Management Systems.
• Experience building in-house services and integrating with third-party systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial requirements into technical product specifications.
