Senior Commercial Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Discover treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants, including investment funds, LPs, and financing vehicles.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to solve complex treasury needs through technology, analytics, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams.
• Identify high-impact opportunities within FX, Derivatives, Interest income, and regional growth.
• Translate financial requirements into detailed product specifications, epics, and user stories.
• Conduct competitor analysis regarding product offering, functionality, and pricing to inform development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with treasury products, specifically FX derivatives, Interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
• Proven track record in product building and roadmap development, moving from uncertainty to clarity.
• Deep understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial technology stacks.
• Experience developing and executing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations.
• Ability to build both in-house services and integrate with third-party systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to frame hypotheses, measure solutions, and communicate findings to wide audiences.
