About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial success of assigned Payments products and features, aligning roadmaps to revenue, margin, and adoption targets
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to drive meaningful outcomes with clear business justification
- Act as the primary commercial voice across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to synthesize product strategy
- Serve as a thought leader on AI integration within Payments workflows to streamline and automate processes
- Lead go-to-market efforts, including messaging, positioning, and enablement for new features and AI-powered workflows
- Engage actively with customers to validate roadmaps, guide adoption, and build continuous innovation feedback loops
- Monitor and report on product KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability across the organization
- Mentor and coach other product managers within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of commercial and technical product ownership experience
- Experience in financial, payment, or treasury product roles (e.g., online payments, reconciliation, or B2B fintech)
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable automation, Cash Application workflows, and B2B finance processes
- Proven experience in go-to-market and launch strategy
- Exposure to AI technologies, including LLMs, data classification models, and agent-based automation
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze revenue drivers, pricing models, and adoption funnels
