Senior Commercial Market Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze regional performance, competitor dynamics, and demand patterns for the North America market.
• Own regional fare management, including defining pricing settings, fallback logic, and implementation verification.
• Support the design and execution of commercial activities such as promotions, marketing campaigns, and A/B tests.
• Develop and manage country-specific campaign calendars and briefings for Marketing & Sales channels.
• Identify revenue and customer flow opportunities through segment analysis and willingness-to-pay insights.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly topline forecasts and propose data-driven improvements.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, acting as a subject matter expert on commercial topics.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline processes and improve commercial efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial analysis, revenue management, or business development.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to design solutions from data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work comfortably in ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, airlines, hospitality, or similar dynamic industries.
• Interest or experience in AI-powered tools and process automation.
