Senior Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute annual commercial plans, strategies, and targets for the assigned area
• Identify and drive new short- and long-term business opportunities
• Lead and manage tender processes, including preparing and finalizing bids
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients
• Ensure contractual rate escalations and variations are properly executed
• Record and report client visits and developments in the CRM system
• Conduct market and operational analysis during the tender phase

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a maritime academy or equivalent
• 5–7 years of relevant commercial management experience in the maritime industry
• Proven experience with commercial contracts in the maritime sector
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for tender analysis
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East
