Senior Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial finance leadership, analysis, and project support to the Allied Health Services division.
• Prepare budgets and regular forecasts in alignment with Group timetables.
• Support the finalisation of profit and loss statements and related analysis during month-end.
• Proactively identify trends, draw insights, and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Support the structuring, analysis, and planning of strategic projects.
• Lead projects from initiation through to handover, including business case development and execution.
• Lead benefits capture and reporting for key strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar commercial finance or commercial management role.
• Full Australian Work Rights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification, or equivalent professional accounting background.
• Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
