Senior Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and consistently exceed a quota for new restaurant and supplier accounts in your territory
• Personally close strategic, multi-branch, and enterprise F&B groups end-to-end
• Open doors via your existing network of F&B decision-makers
• Build relationships with supplier sales and management teams to expand the catalog and negotiate terms
• Build and roll out the field sales playbook, including pitch, objection handling, and demo flows
• Coach and coordinate junior reps and interns through ride-alongs, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching
• Partner with Supply, Product, and Ops teams to unblock deals and provide market feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience specifically within the F&B industry
• Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales quotas
• Experience coaching or coordinating junior sales representatives
• Strong commercial instincts for closing large, multi-stakeholder deals in person
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to be in the market daily
• Self-starter mindset capable of thriving in a target-driven, field-heavy environment
