Senior Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial team to deliver high-quality support across all infrastructure projects
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage contract negotiations, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize project financial outcomes
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Provide commercial advice and support to senior management and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 15 years of commercial management experience in the construction or engineering industry
• In-depth knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, and commercial law
• Proficiency in commercial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
