Senior Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations with customers and suppliers to deliver strong commercial outcomes
• Provide expert interpretation of contract scope, deliverables, obligations, risks, and milestones
• Manage contract variations, amendments, and change processes
• Identify and assess commercial risks impacting delivery and financial performance
• Develop and support risk mitigation strategies in partnership with finance and delivery teams
• Manage and resolve commercial disputes with customers and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to bid strategy, commercial structuring, and new business opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial or contract management roles
• Experience working on large-scale technology or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve complex issues
• Excellent analytical, financial, and risk assessment skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline
