Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

Responsibilities

• Service commercial real estate loans, including construction, problem loans, and agency loans
• Act as the primary servicing contact and provide direct customer service for loans
• Support and provide guidance to less experienced loan administrators
• Perform complex administrative tasks, manage daily schedules, and provide work direction to the team
• Review loan servicing documentation, book and fund new loans, and manage modifications
• Monitor collateral, prepare payoff letters, and manage insurance coverage and billing
• Respond independently to high-level escalated complaints
• Conduct quality assurance and approve the work of other staff members
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education

Preferred Qualifications

• Commerce graduate or postgraduate degree
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Thorough understanding of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and US Mortgage
• Knowledge of wire payments and general payment processes
• Experience with reserves disbursement and investor reporting
