Senior Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster - Litigated

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial restaurant and retail claims, including slip and fall, trip and fall, and premises liability.
• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to plan and execute the proper course of action for resolution.
• Manage litigation processes and interact extensively with all parties involved in the claim to ensure effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants with empathy throughout the claims process.
• Document and communicate all claim activity timely and efficiently in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the overall claims management process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience, specifically with complex Commercial General Liability, litigation, or retail/restaurant claims.
• Active Adjuster licenses in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Strong knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Proficiency with related claims and business software.
