Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L, revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses for the Ag & Sulfur business unit
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial results to senior leadership
• Act as a strategic advisor to SBU leadership to drive business growth
• Partner with sales teams on pricing strategies, quoting, and customer incentive programs
• Support M&A due diligence and integration efforts
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using automation and AI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing industry
• Progressive FP&A or finance business partner experience
• Experience with full P&L ownership and plant-level financial analysis
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
• Ability to work onsite in Brookfield, WI 4-5 days per week
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Chemical manufacturing industry experience
• Experience with ERP systems and Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce and AI agents
