Senior Commercial Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the deal lifecycle from review and guidance through to post-execution support
• Collaborate with regional Sales teams to review and approve deals in alignment with organizational policies
• Partner with Legal, Revenue Operations, Revenue Accounting, and FP&A teams
• Apply accounting principles to assess revenue recognition and financial reporting impacts
• Generate margin calculators and financial analyses to assess deal economic viability
• Support regional Sales teams with concession requests and regional initiatives
• Review draft agreements for consistency with approved deal terms
• Provide post-execution support to resolve issues between Sales, Revenue Accounting, and Order Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• 5+ years of experience in deal desk, accounting/finance, FP&A, or management consulting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex modeling to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or MBA
• Experience in Big 4 accounting or consulting
• Understanding of programmatic advertising and revenue recognition principles
