Senior Commercial Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and access new market opportunities to increase company revenue
• Develop and nurture key business relationships with clients and partners
• Lead the development of agreements for the Academy line
• Promote and offer consulting services across different market sectors
• Ensure compliance with commercial management indicators and sales objectives
• Manage the sales process and maintain updated client information in CRM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer integral solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
• Present complex service offers and adapt proposals to client needs
• Contribute to the development and application of long-term commercial strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Foreign Trade
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or sales processes, preferably B2B
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Technical knowledge of commercial systems such as CRM, Oracle, or Salesforce
• Strong negotiation and high-value deal closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinking and sharp business acumen
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
• Availability to travel for client meetings and business development
