Senior Commercial Executive LATAM

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the commercial strategy across Latin America to align with corporate goals.
• Coordinate, train, and empower regional sales teams to maximize performance.
• Administer and optimize the corporate CRM to ensure monthly KPI compliance.
• Partner with Corporate Marketing to conduct market analysis and develop new services.
• Define and execute high-impact strategies for closing regional business deals and broker alliances.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree (MBA or Master's in Strategic, Commercial, or Marketing Management) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial leadership experience in LATAM within multinational service companies.
• Proven experience managing teams in at least 3 Central American countries.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and conversational).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM management.
• Full availability for regional travel.
