Senior Commercial Director- ACT

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for the ACT business segment (Intensive Care and Cardiovascular Procedures) across China.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform business strategies.
• Manage the product portfolio, including new product launches, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and channel partnerships.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare industry regulations and standards in China.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry associations, and government agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related major; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience as an analytical and strategic business leader within the healthcare sales and marketing industry.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and general management roles within an international company.
• Strong expertise in surgical procedures, IT solutions, and the aftermarket segment.
• Deep understanding of local Chinese market dynamics, including compliance, pricing, reimbursement procedures, and distributor business processes.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving business results.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to present to senior management.
