Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of commercial client relationships with annual revenues between $25MM and $100MM.
• Support the structuring, modification, and renewal of credit solutions, including cash flow lending and real estate financing.
• Conduct financial analysis and assess client performance to contribute to effective deal structuring.
• Partner with internal product and functional teams to deliver tailored commercial banking solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within the Fort Worth market through client outreach and relationship-building.
• Maintain pipeline activity and ensure accurate documentation for forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with risk and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Experience with deal structuring and commercial lending products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a formal credit training program.
• Strong understanding of treasury management and related financial services.
• Established professional network within the Fort Worth market and surrounding area.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships in the $25MM–$100MM revenue segment.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and expanding client relationships.
