Senior Commercial Advisor

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients in the agricultural, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors
• Conduct direct contact with farms, industries, and corporate clients for technical and commercial assessment
• Identify technical needs and coordinate with engineering for solution sizing
• Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals
• Manage quotation follow-ups, negotiation, and sales closing
• Maintain long-term commercial relationships with the client portfolio
• Keep CRM updated with client and opportunity information
• Participate in energy sector fairs and exhibitions
• Accompany the client from the initial visit to project commissioning

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales
• Experience with industrial energy or electromechanical products
• Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or Administration with a technical-commercial profile
• Experience in prospecting, portfolio development, and closing deals
• Experience in consultative sales for investment projects
• Proficiency in digital tools and CRM
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to relocate to Asunción, Paraguay

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in solar photovoltaic energy systems
• Knowledge of solar pumping systems, inverters, or energy storage
