Senior CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

• Setup and fabricate test fixtures and prototype shock absorber components
• Perform machining using vertical mills, lathes, band saws, drill presses, shears, and brakes
• Weld prototype components using in-house MIG and TIG welders and jigs
• Support the Drive Control Business Unit and Design Engineering groups through mechanical fabrication
• Utilize CAD/CAM software for programming and production tasks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 3-Axis CNC Mill programming and CNC Lathe operation
• Proficiency with Mastercam and CAD/CAM software
• Hands-on experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year Associate's Degree in a related technical field
• Experience coordinating and facilitating multiple complex tasks simultaneously
