Senior Cluster Manager, Games Family Venue Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert on Games Family Services (GFS) provided at multiple LA28 competition venues
• Develop, adjust, and apply GFS policies, procedures, and plans at competition venues
• Assist in the selection, training, and supervision of GFS Venue Managers and volunteers
• Work closely with event management, security, protocol, hospitality, and transportation functional areas
• Integrate technology applications into venue-level planning
• Oversee and manage a cluster of venues during the Games
• Coordinate daily with Protocol and IOC on expected attendance

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in an international, large event, or multi-sport Games environment
• 5+ years of direct people management experience (staff, contractors, or large volunteer teams)
• Proven delivery of large-scale projects or events from planning through execution
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or multi-department initiatives
• Experience working with external stakeholders such as government agencies or international partners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a related field

• Training experience
• Experience working in multi-lingual settings
• Knowledge of additional languages
