Senior Cluster Manager, Event Visitor Services

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and Games-time delivery of Event Visitor Services across a designated geographic cluster of venues
• Integrate EVS requirements with venue management, security, transport, ticketing, and accessibility
• Provide direction to venue-based EVS Front Of House managers, supervisors, and volunteers
• Oversee cluster-level planning for crowd management, spectator flows, ingress/egress, and signage
• Monitor planning progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Support workforce planning including staffing strategies, deployment, and training requirements
• Lead Games-time issue resolution for visitor services, seating, or crowd flow concerns
• Conduct operational briefings, debriefings, and post-event reporting

Requirements

• Significant experience leading operational planning in major events, sports events, or complex customer-facing operations
• Proven experience managing multi-venue or cluster-based operations with multiple stakeholders
• Experience leading large teams including paid staff, contractors, and volunteers
• Strong understanding of crowd management, visitor flow, and front-of-house operations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles and travel to various venue sites
• Availability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in event management, venue operations, or sport management
• Past Olympic, Paralympic, or large-scale major Games experience
