Senior Cloud Project Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from discovery and scope definition to final delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical resources, milestones, and dependencies using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid methodologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into viable technical cloud migration strategies.
• Manage project financial controls to ensure efficiency and achievement of economic objectives.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks.
• Facilitate design sessions, workshops, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Mentor and develop junior talent within the project team.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in IT environments.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex projects.
• University degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related fields.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, English, and Catalan.
• Strong negotiation, risk management, and C-level communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certifications.
• Technical certifications in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
