Senior Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical investigations and architectural reviews
• Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized domains such as containers, serverless, networking, security, or data/analytics
• Drive technical solutions for enterprise customers
• Create technical content including white papers and best practices
• Mentor L1 and L2 engineers and conduct training sessions
• Collaborate with product teams on feature requests and improvements
• Represent the support organization in technical discussions with customers
• Lead customer Well-Architected Reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
• Azure Specialty certification (Advanced Networking, Security, Data Analytics, or DevOps Professional)
• 5+ years of experience with Azure services in an MSP or vendor support role
• Expert knowledge in a specialized domain (AKS/Docker/Kubernetes, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, or Azure Virtual Network/ExpressRoute)
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams
• Strong system design, architecture, and advanced troubleshooting skills
