Senior Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure as Code

Responsibilities

• Integrate with multiple cloud delivery initiatives across Azure and GCP to accelerate enterprise-wide adoption.
• Develop, extend, and support reusable Terraform modules and DevOps patterns.
• Support internal teams by providing guidance on infrastructure design, deployment patterns, and operational best practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of policy-as-code and governance mechanisms such as HashiCorp Sentinel or Open Policy Agent.
• Participate in the development of container-based platforms and Kubernetes offerings.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and automation using tools like GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers to align solutions with platform standards and product direction.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and shared Infrastructure as Code (IaC) codebases.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes patterns, including Helm, Kustomize, and ArgoCD or Flux.
• Practical experience working across both Azure and GCP environments.
• Experience supporting virtual machine, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native workloads.
• Familiarity with infrastructure CI/CD and cloud governance within regulated environments.
• Ability to work independently on complex, ambiguous problems and influence outcomes through collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience improving platforms incrementally within brownfield environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platform landing zones and compliance frameworks like PCI.
• Experience with self-service consumable patterns for developers.
