Senior Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of highly available and scalable cloud production systems on GCP and Azure.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure and services using programming languages such as Python and GoLang.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Utilize Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of microservices.
• Implement deployment methods such as GitOps and ArgoCD for efficient and reliable releases.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure delivery processes.
• Implement monitoring solutions and Golden Signals using Prometheus and Grafana for proactive system monitoring.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or software engineering.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, specifically GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages, preferably Python and GoLang.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD deployment methods.
• Experience with cloud-native monitoring and visualization tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
