Senior Cloud Consultant – Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the Quality Assurance function at Cloud for Good, including the standardization of QA processes, measurements, and tools.
• Support internal and client teams in the development and execution of system, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test documentation.
• Investigate, isolate, and document bugs, tracking them through to resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Demos.
• Ensure user stories comply with acceptance criteria and monitor adherence to quality standards during development.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and client QA teams regarding quality issues and deliverables.
• Execute functional, regression, acceptance, and exploratory testing.

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Sales Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing practices.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and using Agile tooling such as JIRA.
• Demonstrated experience in test plan and script creation and implementation.
• Experience with full-cycle testing of web interfaces, platforms, functionality, and integration testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work shifts to accommodate a global customer base (EMEA/USA-East).

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce and QA certifications (e.g., Certified Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant).
• 4+ years of testing experience with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing suites such as Provar, Selenium, or Copado Robotic Testing.
