Senior Cloud Architect & People Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive cloud strategy and strategic initiatives at a Nordic level.
• Act as a technical advisor to CXOs and assist customers with cloud architecture and cloud-native solutions.
• Lead and manage a growing team of cloud specialists, including recruitment and professional development.
• Support team members through regular one-on-one career planning and goal setting.
• Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure high-value client outcomes.
• Utilize generative and agentic AI to drive modern system development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cloud implementation with AWS and/or GCP.
• 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect responsible for designing cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin, Golang, or Node).
• Proven leadership experience or previous people management responsibilities.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong interest in DevSecOps, generative AI, and cloud-native solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Amazon's CAF, WAF, COM, and OCA frameworks.
• Experience contributing to pre-sales activities and building partner networks (AWS, Microsoft, Google).
