Senior Cloud Application Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop new cloud applications or migrate existing web applications to cloud environments using AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Use cloud development technologies and tools to develop and migrate applications hosted in client cloud services.
• Identify system inputs and outputs, collect specifications from users, and perform software development.
• Translate design documents and specific methods into functional software code.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and code problems to produce desired outputs as specified by architects or end users.
• Compile system documentation and potentially supervise small support staff or serve as a client liaison.

Requirements

• 10 years of application development experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in cloud application development.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or Information Systems (a Master's degree can substitute for 4 years of experience).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications.
• Previous experience supporting federal projects.
• Active Public Trust or Suitability adjudication.
