Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all operational aspects of assigned clinical trial(s) or geographical region
• Select and provide ongoing management and oversight to vendors/CROs to ensure compliance and execution
• Work closely with investigative site personnel, CROs, and other study vendors
• Monitor and track clinical trial progress and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Manage study contracting, budget, forecasting, accruals, and payment processes
• Collaborate with Data Management to ensure correct CRF content and coordinate data updates
• Draft and coordinate review of protocols, informed consents, case report forms, and clinical study reports
• Proactively identify potential issues/risks and implement solutions
• Provide leadership to the clinical operations team

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. in biological sciences (advanced degree preferred)
• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of FDA, ICH, and GCP regulations and guidelines
• Experience leading teams, including CROs, consultants, and vendors
• Ability to travel 10-15% as required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
