About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Clinical Systems
- Update and add templates into Clinical Systems
- Manage help desk ticket assignments
- Create Clinical System processes and procedures
- Oversee integrations between Clinical and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
- Perform archival steps within the Clinical System
- Collaborate with functional teams on configurations, reports, dashboards, and milestones
- Assist with new version releases, testing, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) execution
- Support the creation of training for functional and external teams
- Participate in inspection and audit preparation activities
Requirements
- Degree in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience with Clinical Systems
- Experience with clinical trial systems such as CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and RTMS
- Understanding of requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, and integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Clinical Operations role
- Ability to communicate business needs effectively to IT technology partners
