About the role
Responsibilities
- Shape clinical and evidence strategies by translating therapy and business goals into integrated roadmaps across development and post-market phases.
- Lead the creation and lifecycle management of evidence roadmaps to address regulatory, reimbursement, and market adoption needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to drive global alignment.
- Apply real-world data (EMR, claims, registries) and collaborate with Data Science to explore AI/ML-driven insights and digital biomarkers.
- Operationalize strategies into executable clinical programs with defined milestones, proactively managing risks and adapting plans.
- Engage the scientific community by partnering with key opinion leaders and supporting high-impact publications and scientific communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in clinical research, evidence strategy, or program leadership OR an Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in these areas.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional teams within regulated environments.
- Extensive experience in clinical research and evidence strategy development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MS, MPH, MBA) or PhD in life sciences, public health, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in medical devices, digital health, or regulated clinical research.
- Familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE), AI/ML applications, and digital health technologies.
- Knowledge of neuromodulation, pelvic health, pain, or neuroscience therapies.
- Exposure to reimbursement, health economics (HEOR), or market access strategy.
- Project management professional training (e.g., PMP).
